There's good news today for those of us who are perhaps a few pounds overweight. As long as you work out regularly a new study says you can be both healthy and fat. Dutch scientists say they have concluded exercise can reduce the risk of heart attack or stroke, regardless of your body mass index. And - the risk could be wiped out if you are being active for four hours a day - whether that's doing proper exercise or even just the housework.
