Martin O'Neill believes he can turn around Sunderland's bad start to the season.
The Black Cats new boss has been speaking at his first press conference at the Stadium of Light.
With Sunderland one point off the relegation zone and the players lacking confidence the 59 year old admits it will be a tough challenge... but says it is one he is ready for!
