How the right people can change a grumpy customer's frame of mind at the point of sale and also make a customer for life in the process. I went back to the store to exchange a pair of shoes, thinking I had 30 days to return them only to find out that I had only 10 days, of course I was past the 10 days and not too happy about it. Nor, I was I planning to exchange them, the story is a good example of how the right fame of mind with the sales person can change the not too happy customer (me) into a happy one (me). (Sorry the picture of the two pretty lady sales people did not take...probably the WiFi.)
