'It's not a magic bullet ' was said by Messrs Ashcroft and Beard (i) Chair of Association of Independent Chairs of Local Safeguarding Children Boards (ii)Head of Corporate Safeguarding Barnardo's.

Who ever suggested it is a magic bullet? We would welcome being informed.

Mandate Now will soon be commenting further on this aspect of the seminar.
