Matt Chandler with Chris Philips on The Blueprint

British guitarist Matt Chandler returns for 2017 with a funky organ trio album called 'Astrometrics' featuring drummer Eric Ford and organist Ross Stanley. Whilst maintaining a healthy respect for the 'Soul Jazz' organ trio greats before him his new album pushes the genre into refreshing territories with great energy and superb composition. This is a World class trio born from a vibrant British jazz scene. Matt joined Chris Philips on The Blueprint to talk about his work and play some selections from the CD.
