Applause on Nigeria for keeping faith with Paris Agreement as Trump pulls out America

Wealthy Nigerians have been called upon to support the Federal Government in implementing the country's Intended Nationally Determined Contributions, INDC, towards executing the Paris Climate Agreement.

Former Deputy Vice Chancellor, University of Lagos, Professor Babajide Alonge, who made the call during an interactive session with some Environment journalists in Lagos, said Nigerians should be thankful to the present government for its decision to carry on with the Paris document regardless of the decision of US President Donald Trump to withdraw his country.
