The Amazing Women making ideas happen in South Sudan

Crown the Woman, a local organisation in South Sudan, is profiling South Sudanese women who have made a contribution to the country, with an aim of presenting them as role models for young South Sudanese girls.

Some of the women who have been honored include Rebecca Nyadeng, civil society activist Lorna Marekeje, women’s activist Paleki Mathews.

The Director of Crown the Woman organisation, Riya Williams, Spoke to Miraya Breakfast show explaining how the profiling is done.
