Sparks Police Department are asking for your help locating a woman who is believed to have stolen a purse and a car early Saturday morning at Western Village. A little after four Saturday morning, the victim was using the restroom when the suspect reached over the stall door and grabbed the victim's purse. Video surveillance shows the suspect leaving the casino, but returning a short time later to reportedly steal the victim's vehicle, a 20-16 silver Subaru 4-door with Nevada personalized plate S-P-E-R-K-L-Y.
