Authorities in South Sudan's Gbudwe state issue Security alert

Authorities in Gbudwe state of Western Equatoria have issued a new security alert, warning the population there, about the rising wave of insecurity in Yambio County.

The warning comes after two people were killed in two separate attacks within a period of one week.

A woman was attacked and killed and her body dumped and locked up in a house, while in another incident, a Policeman guarding one of the petrol stations in Yambio was shot dead and his gun taken away.

In this interview with Felix Katie, Gibson Bullen Wande, Gbudwe state Information Minister, advises the public to stay alert and vigilant.
