New Campaign to end AIDS epidemic by 2020 launched in South Sudan

Civil society Organizations working on HIV programs will today launch a new campaign aimed to help end the aids epidemic by 2020.
Code-named the Triple 90 campaign, the initiative requires that by 2020, 90 percent of all people living with HIV will know their HIV status.
The campaign also projects to see that by 2020, ninety percent of all people with diagnosed HIV infection will receive sustained antiretroviral therapy and that by 2020, 90 – percent of all people receiving antiretroviral therapy will have viral suppression.
Peter Garang Ngor, A peer educator in Maridi and coordinator of this campaign tells Radio Miraya Reporter Nelson Lwak that the campaign targeting mainly the young people of #SouthSudan.
