Children as young as 7, who feel they were born the wrong gender are heading to Herefordshire for support.
National figures show the number of children being referred to the NHS with gender identity issues has soared since 2010.
The annual event in Herefordshire is one of four organised by charity Mermaid for young transgender people and their families.
