Should nurses have to pay to park at work?

The Royal College of Nursing says some are having to pay up to £18.00 a day in Belfast. We discussed this on the programme recently and the question of 'free parking for nurses' - that prompted Bruce to get in touch on behalf of his wife who is a nurse. He's been speaking to Stephen, who started by asking Bruce how his wife had been affected by these parking charges.
