Tim Heim has contacted the FBI, seeking a probe over the crumbling basements epidemic in eastern Connecticut. Heim is President of the Connecticut Coalition Against Crumbling Basements. In this interview, he mentions how the U.S. Attorney's office stated an investigation is beyond it's realm and to contact the FBI.
