The state of Connecticut has once again eliminated funding for military honors at Veterans' funerals. Sal Sena, Commander of Funeral Honors & Public Relations Officer for the Marine Corps League Department of Connecticut, says the funding was eliminated under Gov. Malloy's emergency budget.
