We are constantly hearing about the extreme stresses and strains on our health service. Beds closed, infections, nurses working long hours and lengthy weights in our A&Es... The list goes on and on. A nurse in one of OUR hospitals here has decided to speak out. She wants to remain anonymous but she says she's leaving the profession as soon as possible - because - she says - patient care is suffering, mistakes are being made and the pressure on staff is unacceptable. She spoke to our reporter, Nicola Weir
