The sudden death of young Gaelic football star Cormac McAnallen in 2004 caused shockwaves throughout the sporting world. Former Irish President Mary McAleese described the 24 year old teacher as "one of the greatest Gaelic footballers of his time". And Tyrone football manager Mickey Harte called him a "gem of a man". The Tyrone Allstar was at the peak of fitness, yet he became a victim of what medical experts call Sudden Adult Death Syndrome, a heart condition that is hard to detect. His brother Donal has written an intimate and moving book about Cormac's life, death and legacy, and joined Stephen this morning.
