Should dangerous driving laws include dangerous cycling?

Should laws on dangerous driving - extend to include dangerous cycling? That is what Labour MP Heidi Alexander wants and she put it to the Prime Minister Theresa May at PMQ's yesterday. Would that be a step too far? Or should we look at those cycling dangerously on our roads - the same way we do those who drive dangerously?
