Family desperate to access home care package for their grandmother

When we get towards the end of our lives most of us will hope that we get to spend our last days as we choose surrounded by our family and friends. This is exactly what has prompted Marlene to get in touch. Her 90 year old grandmother Ella has recently spent sometime in hospital and when the time came to go home a care package was needed. But they were told that was not possible as 'the pool was dry'. Marlene told Vinny happened.
