Most of us are good at telling other people what’s wrong with them. We know how they could be better parents, friends, brothers or sisters, if only they would listen to us. In fact, you can’t change other people. Their behaviors, thoughts, and feelings are theirs, like yours are yours. But you can change yourself, if there’s something you want to change. (Tip: Start small, and don’t expect perfection.)

TODAY I’ll make a small but positive change in myself.
