Families today come in all shapes and sizes. Two parents, one parent, divorced parents, stepparents, foster parents, grandparents, kids, adopted kids, foster kids . . . even among your friends, you’re likely to find a wide variety. In most cases, it’s no longer shameful or embarrassing to have a family that doesn’t fit the so-called “ideal” (dad + mom + 2 kids). What matters most is whether you love each other.
TODAY I’ll appreciate my family.
