South Sudan and Sudan have signed a number of agreements aimed at improving trade and relations between the two countries.

The agreements are the outcome of a two-day visit by President Salva Kiir to Khartoum where he met his counterpart President Omar-al Bashir.

The two leaders recommitted themselves and their governments to resolving border disputes and ending claims of supporting insurgence in each other’s territory.

The South Sudan delegation returned to Juba on Thursday evening.

In this interview, Presidential Press Secretary Ateny Wek Ateny starts by highlighting the three main points of discussion.
