Super Spurs murder Madrid ahead of a big weekend in England and Germany

Episode 75,   Nov 03, 2017, 12:37 PM

In this week's podcast, caretaker manager Dan Burke is joined by the Onefootball newsroom's Lewis Ambrose and Emilie Rauschütz.

They start the show by reflecting on an exciting week of Champions League action, specifically Tottenham's terrific trouncing of Real Madrid at Wembley, magnificent Man City's win away at Napoli and boring, boring Barça.

With that out of the way, it's time to look ahead to a huge game in the Bundesliga as champions Bayern Munich travel to Borussia Dortmund in a fixture the locals like to call Der Klassiker. Where has it all gone right for Jupp Heynckes, what's happened to Dortmund lately and will Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang ever score again?

Meanwhile, in the Premier League there's a bona fide Super Sunday to look forward to as Chelsea host Manchester United and Arsenal travel to Manchester City. Can Chelsea bounce back from their hammering in Rome, does Jose Mourinho have a duty to entertain us, is the title already Manchester City's to lose and will the Gunners be on the wrong end of a cricket score?

Plus, there's a tricky trivia question to get your teeth into and even a bit of Scottish football chat for once.
