Reports this morning that there has been no breakthrough in the overnight talks between British, European Commission and Irish officials on what happens to the border - post Brexit. RTE's Tony Connelly says that it now looks unlikely the Irish cabinet will have a form of words on the future border to approve at its meeting in Dublin which is happening right now.
