(Part 1) RAMA 51/52 (2x B-1Bs) AR-20 Refueling Audio (02/06/2012)

(Note, the above audio only contains about 70% of the total transmissions that were relayed during the refueling mission.)

Between 1524Z and 1600Z, RAMA 51 and 52, a pair of B-1B bombers out of KDYS, were refueled in AR-20 over Nova Scotia. The refueling tankers were two KC-135Rs, ETHYL BRAVO 1 (#61-0318, NJ ANG/141 ARS) and ETHYL BRAVO 2 (#63-8013, NH ANG/133 ARS).

Originally, RAMA 51 was a flight of three B-1Bs but, RAMA 53 was returned to KDYS as an air spare and RAMA 51 and 52 continued on as planned to a location in the Middle East.
