Anne is on the search for a local hero after being rescued during floods...

Just a week ago, parts of the Borders were struck with heavy rain that seen rivers burst their banks and roads closed by flooding. Anne is an elderly lady from Hawick who found herself stranded in her car with two friends as water levels were rising on the road around them. 

She phoned Ruairidh on Monday in search for the hero who rescued her so she could say thank you...
