Families of soldiers killed in the IRA Hyde Park bombing have been granted legal aid to take a civil case against the alleged bombers. In 2014 a case against John Downey was dropped after it emerged in court that he had received a so-called 'on the run' letter in error. Downey has denied murdering four soldiers in the 1982 bombing. Mark Tipper, whose brother Simon was just 19 when he was murdered in the bombing, spoke to Stephen.
