The wife of a diver who's gone missing off the Kent coast says her heart is breaking but she hasn't given up hope... Father-of-three Ben Moss from Faversham disappeared yesterday morning while scuba diving between Walmer and St Margaret's-at-Cliffe. Lifeboat crews have been searching the area since - Matt Pavitt is coastguard area commander for the South East. Police are also carrying out enquries.
