This week Reset Rebel host Jo Youle goes down into the woods to meet Melchoir Arnold.

Most know him as the face of Asian Fusion restaurant Nagai, but Melchoir has many other healing strings to his bow. 

Having grown up in Goa he has lived all over the world and worked in many different careers from Professional footballer to Life Coach.
