For this week's episode of new podcast series Business Lives, we welcomed the founder of Mrs Bucket Rachael Flanagan.
Flanagan founded cleaning business Mrs Bucket when she was just 18 years old, quickly growing the company into an award-winning business.
Based in the UK, the company now employs over 300 staff with a turnover of over £3.5m, and has a client retention rate of 98%.
In the interview, Flanagan - who was named FSB’s Young Entrepreneur Award - speaks about founding a business while she was still a teenager, how she has grown the business, and what she plans for the future of the company.
