What's been happening at the Ulster Hospital casualty department? The Trust that runs the Ulster has apologised over unacceptable waiting times at its Accident and Emergency Department. The South Eastern Health Trust says it has been facing "unprecedented pressure" with a 15% increase in patients needing a bed. And while it has opened 40 extra beds, it admits it still hasn't had enough capacity - particularly in the last week.
