It's been revealed £425m is being invested to improve rail services in Kent and South East London. The plans include installing extra waiting shelters, cycle hubs and information screens at some stations. Train companies have also announced they're creating space for 40,000 more passengers during the morning rush hour, and putting on faster, more frequent services to London throughout the day. Robert Nisbet is the regional director of the Rail Delivery Group, and says it'll give a boost to the local economy.
