South Sudan Peace spoilers must be punished, says Analyst

A professor at the University of Juba says violators of the ceasefire agreement should be identified and punished.

 Dr. James Ukuk Professor of Political Science at University of Juba says holding spoilers accountable would build confidence in the country’s leadership and push the peace process forward. 

 Speaking on the Radio Miraya Democracy in Action program this morning, Ukuk said the leaders should take charge of he agreements they signed in Khartoum last week.
