Major resolutions reached at Maban Post-Migration conference

A post-migration conference between pastoralists and farmers concluded in Maban with a resolution to define migration routes to mitigate conflicts during the migration period. 

The two-day conference that concluded last week explored ways of mitigating conflict and ensuring sustainable use of the already limited natural resources during the migration season. 

The Coordinator of the Relief Rehabilitation Commission in Greater Maban, Alex Ballah says the forum explored ways of mitigating conflict and ensuring sustainable use of the already limited natural resources during the migration season.
