Police officers in Kent are going to become the first in the country to get more training on how to help people who're being abused or harassed because of how they look.

Charity Changing Faces says around a third of people with a disfigurement have been a victim of hate crime - however, less than a third reported it.

They're now going to be working with the force on how cases should be handled and victims supported during the process.
