UNMISS Chief says a Peace Deal means a whole world to the people of South Sudan

The UN Special Representative in South Sudan, David Shearer is hopeful that parties gathering in Addis-Ababa will sign a peace deal to bring an end to the suffering of the people of South Sudan.
Mr. Shearer is in Addis for the official signing ceremony expected on Wednesday.
The SRSG says a deal would mean the world to the people of South Sudan.
