A group of Young South Sudanese Civil society activists have stressed the need for citizen to own the revitalized agreement on the resolution of the conflict in South Sudan.
This comes amid calls from local, regional and international partners asking parties to fully commit to the implementation of the agreement.
Jacob Bul said public ownership and an understanding of the agreement would serve as an incentive to accelerate its implementation.
Meanwhile, Geoffrey Duke, another civil society has sent a plea asking youths to denounce acts of violence. He urged citizens to report any violation to the “South Sudan is watching” advocacy group.
