A judge has ruled that a severely paralysed man can go ahead with legal action to try and get a doctor to end his life.

Tony Nicklinson, who has locked-in syndrome and is unable to speak or move following a stroke in 2005, wants a GP to take his life without facing a murder charge.

His daughter Lauren spoke to LBC 97.3's Ian Payne following the successful first step in their legal battle.
