New Song Advocating for End to Child Marriage Released

A new song advocating for an end to child marriage has been released. 

The song titled ‘child marriage’ by South Sudanese Musician DJ Cent is an initiative of the Crown the Woman Advocacy group and is part of the ongoing ‘Too young to be married”, campaign.

Speaking on the Miraya Breakfast show this morning, Aluel Naomi of Crown the Woman says it is time to fight harder through the relevant avenues and institutions to save and protect girls from child marriage.

Dj Cent says societies should do away with cultural practices that inhibit girl’s education.
