The IGAD Special Envoy to South Sudan says he will soon be reaching out to parties that have not signed the revitalized peace agreement to try and get them on board the peace process.

The IGAD Council of Ministers during its 66th extra-ordinary meeting in Addis-Ababa last week, tasked Ambassador Wais to engage all stakeholders and warring groups who are not signatories to the revitalized agreement to join in its implementation or risk being labeled ‘spoilers of the peace process.’

In an exclusive interview with Radio Miraya from Addis-Ababa, Ambassador Ismail said he will explore all channels within his office to bring the parties on board.
