After a long hot summer on the island giving to all their clients across the retreat season, Jo Youle went to meet Susie Howell and Larah Davis to see how the pair are faring post season in the Christmas run up.
2018 was an amazing year for them with a new Space in their repertoire to host their groups and they are now getting festive after their last event wrapped up last month.
As new mums, they both share with Jo their Self Care tips for the festive season and also what they are most looking forward to over the Christmas period.
