UNMISS working to establish facts of peacekeeper involvement in the death of two civilians

The UN Mission in South Sudan is working to establish the facts behind a security incident in which two civilians were shot by a UN peacekeeper. 

A statement released by UNMISS says the two civilian contractors were shot by the peacekeeper at a UN base in Durupi on Saturday and died as a result of their injuries. 

Spokesperson for the Mission, Francesa Mold explains more on the incident.
