In todays episode Jo Youle meets up with TriYoga and London teacher in Goa to discuss the stroic tendencies of British Yogis - amongst other things.
Fresh from finishing his retreat here in India and in between starting the next round in North Goa, Jo and Jeff talk about the life of a hard working London teacher and the travelling one on the road creating the magic wherever the path takes us.
Jeff also reveals his Reset tool box and tips and tells Jo of his passion for flow and dance and how his practice and teachings have fused a little along the way to incorporate a slightly less linear approach.
