Waking up to who you are or who you want to be begins with a change in the conversations that you have with yourselves.

If you believe that suffering is your portion, poverty is your bill and more disruptive and negative conversations, then you open your life to self-blame, low esteem and low productivity.

You need positive voices and conversations that bring encouragement and a trigger element of achievement.
