Campaigners for victims of past abuse in homes run by religious orders and by the state are to meet the Secretary of State Karen Bradley today, to demand she put legislation through Westminster which would enable them to access compensation payments.
Margaret McGuckian is from the group Survivors and Victims of Institutional Abuse and she's one of the delegation of four meeting Karen Bradley.
