Floating cities could be the future as we’re running out of landmass. That’s according to an American think tank institute which sees the future of governments as competing with each other on water. The Seasteading institute - founded by former Google and PayPal employees - hope the most successful cities will be inspirations for existing governments. The first floating business will be built next year. Jenny Soffel has more.
