Despite most political bandwidth being taken up by the Tory leadership race, the Alternative Arrangements Commission has been examining the problem of the Irish border.

Now the Commission, led by Conservative MPs Greg Hands and Nicky Morgan, has completed their interim report.
Nick Howard speaks first to Mr Hands, who’s confident they’re approaching a solution.
