We’re back for series 2 and we’re joined by Heidi Range from the Sugababes! She’s talking to us about how she dealt with the pressure to look a certain way while she was in one of the biggest girlbands in Europe, how she stays in shape now she’s a mum, what challenges she faced after giving birth, and her advice for anyone with young children or about to have a baby wanting to get back into fitness.
 
We’ll also be answering your questions at the end about the best way to meal prep if you’re rubbish at cooking and how to start doing weights if you’re not sure what you’re doing.
