Diets For Days

Season 2, Episode 3,   Jul 21, 2019, 10:00 AM

We’ve all heard of intermittent fasting, Keto, going sugar free and the raw food diet but what exactly are they? What are the pros and cons? And more importantly are you doing them for the right reasons?

There’s a close link between our relationship with food and mental health and although we only meant to discuss different diets in this episode we ended up wondering why people take it to the extreme and end up feeling miserable just to lose a few pounds. When does it go too far? And what can do you do when it does?

We’re also answering your questions about how to avoid bingeing and someone really young struggling with her weight.
