That's RJ Kabir for you. He gave 'Warning No. 1' to PMC when he found out a pothole near Mohammadwadi, Pune caused accident of his friend's wife. Also Kabir called up PMC's HOD of Road Dept Mr Pawaskar and made him to promise to fill maximum such potholes across the city.
