Freddie Bennett

Season 2, Episode 4,   Jul 28, 2019, 09:00 AM

Richie’s client Freddie joins us to chat about his amazing fitness journey. He’s a world record holder for being the fastest marathon runner dressed as a fisherman, has just completed an Iron Man and last year took part in the Marathon Des Sables which is 7 marathons over 6 days through the Sahara Desert!

But what motivates someone to push themselves to their limits? How do you carry on when you’re hallucinating and bleeding? And what can we learn from Freddie’s experiences? Not only does he have incredibly interesting stories, he’s also refreshingly honest about what led him down this path. If you’re struggling with motivation get this on right now!

We’re also answering your questions at the end about how important it is to stick to your calories if you’re training really hard and the best low calorie drinks that aren’t gin.
